Help. I am having back pain at 4th month of pregnancy.

It is quite common to experience back ache.  To relieve this;

  1. Ensure that you maintain good posture when sleeping, walking and sitting by keeping your back straight.
  2. Avoid standing or sitting for long periods
  3. Wear flat comfortable shoes
  4. Have your doctor check your iron levels, sometimes low iron levels can lead to backache.

5. Take enough dairy products to ensure sufficient calcium.
