Nausea, headache and fatigue during pregnancy

I knew of my pregnancy two months ago and so far it has never been easy for me when it comes to nausea, headache and fatigue. It’s just too much for me. I recently went for some pills from a pharmacist (pregnidoxine) which has at least helped me but my friends and neighbours keep on telling me that they are not good enough. They can be harmful to my baby in the future and I should consider going through this hectic stage gracefully without taking any type of pill. Are my friends telling me the right thing to do? Have you ever heard of such cases?

Congratulations on your pregnancy.  Nausea and vomiting are common during the first trimester.  There are some home remedies like getting enough rest, taking ginger and lemon water, avoid getting hungry and avoiding spicy food.  There are also safe medications that can be taken during pregnancy to help you cope and what you are taking is commonly used.  You can also mention to your doctor about the same during your next clinic.
